This block of apartments was completed in August 1987, and was refurbished in August 2011. These villas are situated in Kantra Street which is very quiet and it’s within 8 minutes’ walk from all the facilities of Xlendi Village. Their position gives commanding views across the bay towards the magnificent Xlendi cliffs.
It consists of fourteen similar one and two bedroom apartments each. The two bedroom apartment comprise of one double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in another bedroom. Each apartment is spacious and tastefully appointed, consisting of a living/dining area and a separate balcony, a kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/ freezer and all the other necessary cutlery. They also have a tiled bathroom with shower and bidet. The bedrooms have twin single beds. All bedrooms are furnished with red deal furniture. Apart from the breath taking sea and country view, the balconies offer a side promenade view as well.
Although each apartment has its own private balcony, not all apartments offer front sea view because they are situated on the side of the block. Those apartments that do not have front sea view have easy access to the large flat roof area where there are spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The roof area is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or for barbecues in the evening! These Villas have easy access to any needs including bars and restaurants, bank ATM and an ongoing bus service that can take you to the city centre in Victoria or to any other area in Gozo that you would like to visit during your stay!
These apartments offer both services that are included in the booking price and other service that require a charge. Those including in the booking price are: FREE Wi-fi, cooling fans, changing of linens weekly and extra folding beds/cots. Services that include a charge are heater and Maid service.
