This farmhouse has been beautifully renovated, whilst keeping many traditional features. It is full of natural sunlight, which makes it the perfect relaxing getaway in the beautiful locality of Munxar.
Sara has three large double bedrooms, charmingly decorated with solid wood furniture. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a full length mirror. The house has four bathrooms, three of which are upstairs with bedrooms. Two have shower facilities, whilst one has a bathtub and washing machine.
Upon entering this house, one finds a cosy sitting area. Further in, through a short corridor, there is an internal courtyard, and a full bathroom with a large walk in shower. Sara has a large open plan room which consists in a living room, dining area and lovely kitchen, all overlooking the pool area and the amazing valley views.
The pool area is south facing, meaning that direct sunlight is available all day long. Pool with overflow and the large deck area make it perfect for entertainment and sunset barbeques. There is a large charcoal BBQ, outdoor sink, table and chairs and sun loungers overlooking the unobstructed open views. An outdoor open shower is also available.
On the first floor one finds two bedrooms with en-suite. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
When booking for a large group, and in need of 7 bedrooms, Sara and Andrea can be rented out together. These houses are adjacent and connected through the pool area.
