Botanica is a very typical Farmhouse in Xagħra. You will not live in this house, you will experience it … It offers an exceptional character for those who want to immerse themselves in a botanical atmosphere! The house can accommodate 11 people. It offers 4 bedrooms (A/C) with 4 bathrooms and toilets + shared toilets on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, the wood is provided for your late afternoon afternoons in winter. You can have your meals in the large dining room that can also serve as a meeting room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, fridge and a large freezer. A washing machine is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor, a large semi-covered terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue. You will access the pool by small steps and enjoy the lounge chairs.
