Sinjura is a beautiful Gozitan farmhouse which has been lovingly restored whilst retaining many original features. It spacious, airy and enjoys plenty of natural light. It is located at the end of a private lane, on the outskirts of the popular village of Xaghra, which has several restaurants, a bank, a petrol station, and supermarket and gift shops. Xaghra is also where the megalithic temples of Ggantija are located. There is a large parking area shared with our adjoining house Bezitt. These two houses together are ideal for a group of people of 12 – 14.
The main entrance of Sinjura takes you into a study/snug area with a double sided fireplace and door to the exterior. An open entranceway then leads to a further snug area and the other side of the fireplace and then opens into a huge living room, dining area and kitchen. This room is flooded with light that comes through vast side windows and the patio doors out to the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen is also very light and spacious. There is a downstairs double bedroom and a shower room. The exterior areas and pool are large but secluded, with lovely views over the valley. There is a built in bbq and an outdoor shower.
Through a glass door, a beautiful stone staircase leads up to the first floor with a lovely hall way and doors out to a large terrace, also with views. On this floor there is a twin room with en suite bathroom and then a magnificent master bedroom with large en suite and a balcony.
