The Aurora Folk Group was founded in 1973 from among the Aurora Youth Movement, as the first folk group in Malta and Gozo as registered in the Gozo Court. The folk group knows its golden years in the 70s and 80s when it was the only folkloric group in the islands. Nowadays, the Aurora Folk Group is growing strong, taking part in several events and organising the Aurora International Folk Festival.
On the 17th, the Aurora Folk Group will entertain for half an hour, starting at 10.30am.
